Children can continue with their Montessori education at our school through 6th grade. We know that the best motivators for learning are purpose, autonomy, and mastery. • Individualized learning plan: Each of our students learn at their own pace. Our skilled teachers tailor their lessons so the children can work at an accelerated pace in their areas of strength, while receiving more help in other areas.
• Practice time built into the school day: Our students take part in uninterrupted instructional and practice time throughout the day. Our families love this! They can enjoy quality time at home, without being bogged down by homework.
• A welcoming environment: Our classrooms are designed with children in mind. Our students can move throughout the room during the day. Instead of sitting still at a desk, our students can work at group or individual tables, on rugs, or on sofas.
• Development of self-management skills: We make it a priority to instill important life skills in our students. This includes organization, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
