LePort Montessori Irvine Woodbridge provides an authentic and nurturing Montessori environment where children aged 18 months to kindergarten have been thriving since 2004. Well-trained, experienced teachers, mixed-age classrooms, and uninterrupted work periods set us apart as a quality Montessori school.

During your visit, you will find our classrooms are bright and modern, with big windows and high ceilings, many of which have direct outside access, allowing students an indoor and outdoor classroom experience during the day. Our primary focus is to help your child gain what we call “Knowledge for Life” —the essential knowledge, thinking skills, and strength of character required to thrive as joyful children today and successful adults tomorrow.

Our cozy schoolhouse is nestled between the Woodbridge Village Center and San Diego Creek, in the heart of Irvine’s Woodbridge Village, with easy access from the 5 and 405 freeways. While most of our community lives in Irvine, many families come to us from surrounding cities such as Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, and Lake Forest. When our students graduate kindergarten, many continue with our sister school, LePort Montessori Elementary & Middle School – Irvine Spectrum.

LePort Montessori Irvine Woodbridge school and admissions quick facts

  • One school through kindergarten: authentic Montessori from toddler daycare through kindergarten (ages 18 months – 6 years); preferential admissions to our sister school’s Montessori elementary programs.
  • Parent & Child Montessori programs (four annual sessions, 6-8 weeks each) to try out Montessori with your toddler or preschooler.
  • Convenient hours: open 7 am – 6 pm, year-round, with half-day and 8:30 am – 3 pm options, as well as on-site, after-school activities, such as cooking, music, and soccer.
  • Convenient location in Irvine’s Woodbridge Village: easy to reach from the 405 and 5, or via bike on the San Diego Creek trail.
  • A bright, recently renovated, clean facility: large classrooms with big windows, and direct outside access.
  • Two separate, age-appropriate playground spaces, for toddlers and preschool/kindergarten, with tricycles, swings, climbing structures and gardening spaces, with a view of wildlife along San Diego Creek.
  • Accepting enrollments year-round (space permitting); tour now and enroll immediately or join the waitlist to secure enrollment for the next school year.
  • Limited needs-based financial aid available.
  • AMI Montessori-trained head teachers in each classroom
